Accommodation

The rental property is a barn conversion, with the owners living next door in the original farm house. In the conversion there are two fully self-contained, centrally heated gites, ideal for couples or families with young children, suitable for use throughout the year. Guests have full use of a large conservatory opening onto the sun terrace, at the rear of the property.

This is a ground floor gite which has a large lounge, with a well equipped corner kitchen with dining area  and a large double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.  There is also a double bed-settee in the lounge.

Gite 2 has a large lounge with a well equipped corner kitchen and dining area.  Off the lounge there is a ground floor double bedroom with en-suite shower room.  The stairs from the lounge lead up to two further en-suite bedrooms.  Bedroom 2 has a double bed,  whilst Bedroom 3 has a double bed and a single bed.  There is also a double bed-settee in the lounge.

In addition to the facilities in each Gite, there is access to a laundry room, off the sun terrace, which houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and a dish washer. There is also ample garden furniture and a large barbecue, situated on the sun terrace. For young families we have available two put-u-up beds, a full size cot, two travel cots, a high chair and changing mat, plus a collection of toys. For young children there is a garden swing, sand pit and small and large paddling pools. For the more energetic we have available a selection of adult bicycles  ( bring your own safety helmets !! ). Includes Broadband Internet Access (wired) in both Gites.
